Is it possible to buy tickets in advance of the Prestbury Open Gardens event?

Absolutely – tickets will be available for purchase in advance from the Dearly Preloved shop in Prestbury High Street.

THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF VISITORS WHO CAN ATTEND THIS EVENT SO DO NOT WORRY IF YOU CAN’T PURCHASE YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE.

How do I buy tickets on the weekend of the event?

Tickets will be available to purchase at various points around the village during the event (from 1pm each day); at both car parks, from Foxcote garden, Noverton Lane, Prestbury Library grounds or St Mary’s Church.

EVERY CAR PARK AND PURCHASE POINT WILL HAVE A CARD READER MACHINE. CASH OR CARD ACCEPTED AT ALL TICKET OUTLETS.

Where do I park?

There will be two car parks at either end of the village. Please use these car parks to ensure easy pedestrian access to all streets during the event. For more information, see map of village.

Are dogs and children welcome at Prestbury Open Gardens event?

Well behaved dogs are welcomed but must be kept on a lead. All accompanied children are free of charge.

Are all the gardens wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately very few of the gardens are wheelchair accessible due to steps, narrow entrances or gravel drives. Wheelchair accessible gardens will be clearly marked on the map.

What food and drink options will there be during the Prestbury Open Gardens event?

We encourage people to arrive in Prestbury and have lunch before the gardens open at 1pm. The Royal Oak will be having a hog roast. The Plough will have Pizza Saturday and a roast on Sunday* (* As it’s Father’s Day, pre-booking will be ESSENTIAL) During the afternoon there will be Cream Teas at the Church and Tea with homemade cakes and/or Marshfield Farm ice cream at Foxcote garden on Noverton Lane.
